Advanced Oxidation Process (BIPERLIMINATE)
BIPW has developed a proprietary advanced oxidation process (BIPERLIMINATE) treatment suitable which is particularly suited for the Indian market. This powerful proprietary chemical mixture easily ELIMINATES the toughest and nastiest chemicals in water. It is especially useful for the most difficult-to-destroy chemicals such as dyes, pharmaceuticals, refinery wastes, leachates, chemical residues, chlorinated compounds from drinking water and many others. They are converted into harmless carbon dioxide and water. The process is used on refractory wastes with aromatic functionality and many other difficult-to-treat organic chemical contaminants, such as: phenol from refineries and chemical synthesis, polychlorinated biphenyls, PFOS/PFOA (Teflon/plastics), pulp industry waste/lignins, creosotes, naphthenic acids from oil/gas extraction, drugs and synthetic hormones from the pharmaceutical industry and a wide range of difficult to treat industrial wastewaters.
It can be applied on its own or after other wastewater treatment, such as secondary sewerage treatment, to remove the “leftover toxins” that ordinary wastewater treatment does not touch. BI Pure Water’s AOP used in combination with MBR/MBBR or biogas generation is cheaper, more effective and ‘much greener’ than competing processes. This process is treating refractory wastewaters at an operating cost 5-20 times lower than existing oxidation processes and other environmentally unsound methods, such as incineration.
